Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during peak periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally using trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, and USPS.
Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 7-30 days

These timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, Neurocos is not liable for shipping delays, loss, theft, or damages, whether by carrier, customs, or any third party.

All orders are directly shipped from Miami, FL. A Shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, if available, will be sent when your order is processed. 

Shipping Fees & Promotions
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping offers apply only per terms offered at the time and may change without notice.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs procedures. If a shipment is refused by a customer and returned to us, you will be responsible for both the return shipping and original shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Neurocos is not responsible for misdelivery or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address data provided by the customer. If a package is confirmed as delivered to the address given, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved in advance.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address via email.
Do not use the shipping address printed on your package label, as returns sent there cannot be processed.

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    Refunds are issued only after the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional items, and all international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Opened or used items cannot be returned.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please email us immediately. After verification, we may authorize a return, replacement, or store credit.
